• The hotel is situated approximately 120 Km inland from the coastal city of Porto and can be reached by road (1 hour and 45 minutes), by the scenic Douro railway line and by riverboat.

Cancellations

• In the period when the package is in force, the cancellation must be notified 48 hours prior to guest arrival, otherwise the hotel will make the debit of one night;
• The package is valid for the year 2009.

Terms for No-Show

• In case of no show up on day of arrival the hotel will proceed to the debit of the total stay.
